What is Project InteGr8?
In the heart of our shared dreams and aspirations lies a remarkable opportunity to make a profound difference in the lives of those who have often been overlooked, yet possess immense talents waiting to be unveiled. Project InteGr8 stands before you today, not merely as a bearer of this vision but as a steadfast companion in the journey towards inclusivity, empowerment, and the celebration of diversity. The Project revolves around a mission close to our hearts: to provide Vocational Training in the Music & Media, to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to explore their passions and talents to the fullest.
The Beacon of Hope
In this venture, we envisage three distinct and enriching pathways – Performances, Creative, and Technical – designed to cater to the unique abilities and interests of each participant. We aim to open the doors of opportunity to those aged 13 and above including post-graduate, nurturing their talents and passions in a supportive and inclusive environment.
But our commitment doesn’t end there. At the age of 19, we take the next step by welcoming these talented individuals into yet another journey through a Sheltered Apprenticeship programme. Our ultimate goal is to propel each person with a disability to independence and self-sufficiency, ensuring they emerge as confident and accomplished individuals ready to contribute their unique skills and perspectives to society.
Furthermore, we invite industry leaders and organisations to join us on this extraordinary journey as “apprentice sponsors,” allowing our participants to gain real-world experience and forge meaningful connections within their chosen fields. Together, we can build a brighter future where everyone, regardless of their abilities, can achieve their dreams and make their mark in the world.
In conclusion, Project InteGr8 is not just a business endeavor; it’s a testament to the power of inclusivity, resilience, and the extraordinary potential that resides within every person, regardless of their background.
Your Pledge
We are currently seeking government funding to subsidise the programme, making it more accessible. Project InteGr8 is anticipated to launch in Q3/Q4 of 2024. We are also currently working out a seamless pathway for Project InteGr8 to take place from schooling years to post schooling years. Music Solutions extends an invitation to you, not only to support this programme but to be part of a transformative journey that will leave a lasting impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities, our communities, and society as a whole.
