Project InteGr8, helmed by Music Solutions, is a platform empowering persons with disabilities (PwDs) through Arts Education in Music, empowering them to explore their passions and talents to the fullest.
This initiative seeks to create innovative vocational training to help PwDs age 18 and above get a starting point in the music industry. We enlist the help of our partners to find suitable job placement for graduates of our vocational training programmes and sheltered apprenticeships.
What sets us different from others
1. Tailored Vocational Training in Niche Industries:
Project InteGr8 delivers specialised vocational training in emerging and creative sectors such as music, media, sound management troubleshooting and repairs, technical, and creative arts. These fields are intentionally chosen for their accessibility and relevance to Persons with Disabilities (PwDs), offering both practical career pathways and avenues for creative expression.
2. Comprehensive Workplace Integration Model:
Unlike standard training programmes, Project InteGr8’s Vocational Training includes Workplace Integration Model, a structured pathway designed to ease PwDs into real-world work environments. This model ensures participants have ongoing support, coaching, and opportunities for skill reinforcement, helping them transition from training to meaningful employment with confidence.
3. Strategic Partnerships with Industry Leaders:
Project Integr8 is backed by strong collaborations with both local and international industry leaders, enhancing the programme’s credibility and impact. We are proud to be appointed as the Authorised Training Centre in Singapore by the Apex Piano Technician Network, a leading international organisation in piano technology in the U.S.A. Locally, our partnerships with City Music Singapore, Music Elements, and Music Connoisseur Singapore provide participants with direct exposure to industry practices, tools, and networks. These alliances not only ensure our training meets professional standards, but also open doors to meaningful work opportunities and real-world job placements for our trainees.
